Our experienced, qualified, well trained Service Technicians are supported in their regular schedule of inspections by our Service Supervisors and Service Managers. A Service Supervisor or Service Manager will carry out an agreed number of in depth inspections of your premises and analyse your business processes for pest risk. Rentokil Basic System Plus provides highly effective pest protection — and delivers higher quality operational hygiene into the bargain.

Standard service features include:

  • Minimum of six site visits per year from dedicated Service Technician
  • Detailed site plan showing all pest monitoring and elimination points
  • Compliance with applicable legislation
  • Unlimited emergency call outs
  • Free surveys and quotes if your requirements change

Optional service features include:

  • Minimum 1 site visit executed by a specialised Service Supervisor or Service
    Manager
  • Detailed site plan
  • Flycatch analysis — airborne insect sample, risk assessment and recommendations
  • Machinery inspection — protect products and reputation by maintaining more hygienic machines
