  • Larva — up to 12 mm long. Ivory white with a red-brown head.
  • Pupa — in a silk cocoon.

Lifecycle

  • Normally one generation per year.

Habits

  • Often found in unheated outdoor buildings. Generally regarded as a scavenger.
